4 1/2 stars. Good review: Just a heads up: As I mentioned to a previous writer, CBD is psychoactive, although it doesn't cause a "high" feeling, as it helps with epilepsy. You wrote that only THC is psychoactive. Below are two sources of updated information showing CBD as being psychoactive: 1, CBD IS Psychoactive A common misunderstanding is that THC is psychoactive and CBD is not. Psychoactivity means being active within the CNS and often refers to changes in how the brain functions by chemical mechanisms. CBD, used for epilepsy, is a perfect example of how CBD is thought to be psychoactive. Therefore, CBD is more accurately described as nonimpairing or nonintoxicating. If CBD can relieve anxiety or depression or psychosis, then obviously cannabidiol is a profound mood-altering substance, even if it doesn’t deliver much by way of euphoria. Perhaps it would be better to say that CBD is “not psychoactive like THC,” rather than repeating the familiar and somewhat misleading refrain that “CBD is not psychoactive.”
